Dashboard

The Dashboard gives a complete overview of your finances: current month balance, 6-month trend and annual per-category statistics.

Net balance

The card at the top shows the net balance for the selected month:

• Positive (green) — income exceeds expenses
• Negative (red) — expenses exceed income

Below the balance is a three-column summary: Income / Expenses / Investments.

Month navigation

Use the ‹ and › arrows on either side of the month to move to the previous or next month. Tap the month name to open the calendar picker and jump directly to any month.

Trend (last 6 months)

The bar chart shows income vs expenses for the last 6 months, letting you spot trends and anomalies at a glance.

Category breakdown

Below the chart is a percentage breakdown of expenses (or income/investments) per category for the current month.

Cashflow Sankey

The dashboard also includes a Cashflow Sankey chart (monthly and annual period view) to visualize how money moves from income categories into expenses and investments.

• Tap/click a node to open the movement drill-down list
• Use Top categories / All categories to simplify dense category sets
• Use the expand icon to open the chart in fullscreen mode
• Hover highlights connected flows and dims unrelated ones

When a month/period is not perfectly balanced:

• a Surplus node appears if income is higher than outflows
• a Deficit node appears if outflows are higher than income

Annual statistics

Expand the Annual statistics section to see:

Metric	Description
Total income	Sum of income in the selected range
Total expenses	Sum of expenses in the selected range
Total investments	Sum of investments in the selected range
Savings ratio	Average monthly savings percentage
Monthly average	Average amount per category / month

Annual range filter

Select the analysis range at the top of the section:

• Last 6 months
• Last 12 months
• This year
• Past years
